BOOKING REQUIREMENTS Book at least one week in advance to secure your preferred appointment time. Last-minute bookings made within the week of service incur a $50 fee. APPOINTMENT POLICIES A 5-minute grace period applies for late arrivals. Appointments beginning after this window incur a $20 late fee due to back-to-back scheduling. HAIR QUALITY STANDARDS We exclusively use premium 100% human hair or raw hair bundles for seamless, natural results. Synthetic blends are not accepted. Recommended brands include Raw or 100% Virgin Hair Only( AMAZON HAIR IS NOT A OPTION AT ALL ) We do not accept bundled hair packs (such as 3-bundle sets) or lower-grade alternatives. Please verify your hair meets our quality standards before booking. Contact us for personalized recommendations if needed.
